It is a well-kno wn fact that a n inactive lifestyle co nnected with a little physical act ivity has become a severe hea lth concern. Ph ysical activi ty ca n ext ensive ly reduce the threat of man y prob lems like obesity, diabetes, and stress relat ed issues. Regarding al cohol usage, no sig nic ant dierences were found between medical and law student s behavior. Such stres sors, in combina t ion with chan ging lifestyles, sup port the developmen t of risky lif estyles, for exam ple, high con sump tion of alcohol and drugs, and a low concern for he alt hy nutr it ion an d res tf u l sl ee p. Alt houg h s ome of these practices ma y be transien t in nat ure, other habits could p ersevere into middle and old age to cause he alth hazards later in life.
